Evaluating Investment Opportunities
Prior to making a commitment to invest in any particular Client Company, the fund Manager will seek to assess the prospects and risks of the investment. The experience of the Manager is essential in this process, which often requires the evaluation of products, markets, industry trends, financial requirements, competition, management of the business, and path-to-profitability (P2P). The Manager has substantial experience working with entrepreneurial companies. The members of the Advisory Council also have substantial experience and expertise and they will assist the Manager in this process. In addition, industry professionals will be engaged when appropriate to fully evaluate an opportunity.
