Stellar Venture Partners (SVP) was founded by Richard Schmidt in 2000, after a long and successful entrepreneurial and investment career.

As a former CEO, management consultant, turn around specialist, and entrepreneur, he has spent more than 35 years working with Fortune 500 companies and his own entrepreneurial ventures. His forte has been the design and implementation of profitable strategies. Schmidt's "in the trenches" background has sharpened his ability to identify new ways to profit from today's business world. The formation of SVP will utilize Schmidt's unique combination of business know-how and financial precision to invest in new businesses with great growth potential.

Moreover, with his understanding of financial markets and marketing, Mr. Schmidt identifies new ventures based on a business model focused on targeting the largest number of potential customers. Startup costs will be carefully allocated to maximize growth opportunities and increase the possibility of rapid return on investment both for entrepreneur and SVP investor.

Richard Schmidt, Manager of Stellar Venture Partners, 57 years old and a resident of Naples, Florida will be functioning as the manager of the fund. Mr. Schmidt is currently the author and investment strategist for the Stellar Stock Report, an investment advisory publication with over 13,000 paid subscribers. He also serves in the same capacity for the stellarstockreport.com, a highly-popular internet financial website.

In 1967, Mr. Schmidt entered the world of Fortune 500 companies employed at intrapreneurial positions at Evans Products, Caterpillar tractor company and Echlin Manufacturing, specializing in start ups, turnarounds, merger and acquisition and divestiture activities. In each corporate assignment Mr. Schmidt functioned and operated under the title of General Manager, learning and excelling in all business functions.

In 1979 Mr. Schmidt formed Schmidt Management, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio for the purpose of developing new businesses and acquiring turnaround ventures. Over the next twenty years Mr. Schmidt applied the "Keys to Success" he learned and developed at major corporations to start or acquire seven businesses. He developed each of these companies in order to implement exit strategies and maximize his return on investment by huge multiples.
